Security & privacy

Your statements are private. Here's exactly how we keep them that way.

Bank statements are some of the most sensitive documents you own. This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your file from the moment you upload it.

How we handle your data

Six things you should know

No vague promises. These are the specific ways your statement is handled.

Your PDF stays in memory

The statement you upload is processed in our server's memory. The PDF itself is never written to disk or saved to our database.

Results are deleted automatically

Signed in, your converted file goes straight back to your browser. Without an account, the extracted data is held for up to 24 hours so you can download it after confirming your email, then deleted automatically.

Encrypted in transit

Every upload and download travels over an encrypted HTTPS connection between your browser and our servers.

Fully automated

Conversions are handled by software from start to finish. Nobody needs to open your statement for it to be converted.

Payments handled by Stripe

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.

What we do keep

A simple usage record for each conversion (file name, page count and time) so plan limits work, plus your account details if you sign up.
